A list of questions prepared for Dr. Goff so that you can maximize the time spent at your visit.
Any films (x-rays, MRIs, or CTs ) that you may have had done prevsiouly at an outside location
Any previous doctors office notes or previous operative reports
What To Expect:If you are a new patient you will get an x-ray upon arrival. All new patients will get an x-ray regardless if you are bringing films. As a new paitient you will also be required to fill out some paperwork upon arrival so we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time.
